First off, if you haven't yet, do yourself a favor and check out the song Cheerleader from Grizzly Bear's new album Veckatimest...melts away stress better than relaxing in a bounce house.
Speaking of bounce houses, you know those inflatable carnival/picnic structures usually seen full of children in their socks, well...
I got one.
In my bedroom.
For free.

Jealous?
I've got my mattress inside the bounce house and whenever I feel like being more comfortable than I had previously imagined was even possible, I just hit the inflate button and in minutes I'm napping on a cloud. And the white noise from the air pump is like a sweet lullabye.
At an age when many of my friends are getting engaged/married and otherwise growing up, I'm doing my best to Benji Button it up by moving into a child's playhouse. You could also consider it my living tribute to Michael Jackson.
On a completely unrelated topic, I've finally gotten around to uploading and captioning four galleries of photos from my month long Asian excursion in March 2007. You'll especially notice how dated these photos are in the Beijing gallery since I was there pre-2008 Olympics, yeah that's how long ago I've been too lazy to caption these photos. I've still got a considerable backlog to upload including my Brazil trip, but at least I've started to chip away.
