Jim Lam has homes in China and his special license plates so he drove through the border and us Americanos had to walk through this building for Customs and Immigration. If he hadn't instructed us where to go, we might have been confused because nothing is in English and this sign is red and has an exclamation point so it seems like it's kind of important.
